Here in the mountains the weather ranges from cool crisp mornings to warm sunny afternoons. On average we are about 10 – 12 degree cooler than Durango, Colorado. In the summer the temperatures can range from about 45 degrees to 85 degrees during the warmest part of the day. In late spring (May) and early fall (September) the temperatures are slightly lower and can range on average from 34 degrees to 70 degrees.
