  Reservations and Cancellation Policy


Reservations for all packages…
*Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am

*Reservations made outside 90 days prior to arrival require a 1/3 deposit of total amount due.

*The balance is required at least 90 days prior to your arrival and before May 1.

90 days prior to arrival must be 100% prepaid at the time of booking

Payments ...
*We accept personal check, travelers check, American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.

*You may charge Spa treatments, Yoga classes, Babysitting, Boat Rentals and alcohol to your room for payment at the end of your stay.

All off-site additional cost activities (Durango Train, Rafting, shopping ect...) must be paid for when the reservation is made for that activity. All payments are made directly the vendor. 

*Local telephone calls are free from your cabin.

*All long distance calls are made with your credit card - no surcharge.

Cancellations…
*Up until March 1, reservations may be cancelled by either party and your deposit will be refunded in full less a $200 cancellation fee for.

*After March 1, all deposits paid are non-refundable; travel insurance is suggested to provide a refund on covered claims, such as illness, travel interruption or natural disasters.

*In the event of a cancellation after March 1, we will hold your reservation for 1 year for you to utilize.
